HR Technology

The Office of HR Technology administers, troubleshoots, and enhances the City’s HR Information System (“HRIS”). The office facilitates and maintains DHR’s hardware and software, provides vital Citywide and agency-specific standards, ad hoc HRIS reporting, subject matter expertise, and HR systems training for the City’s Learning and Development program. HRIS audits employee information through the employment lifecycle and ensures automation and innovation.
